I arrived for my appointment on time and was welcomed by a staff member who took me to a room to perform some preliminary tests of my eye health. She forwarded the results to Dr Kreitlow to review. No more than 5 minutes later, Dr Kreitlow began the rest of the exam. The examination was very efficiently and thoroughly performed. I highly recommend Dr Kreitlow to anyone searching for an eye doctor.

I have a complicated prescription and not only is Dr. Kreitlow great, but the glasses/lenses/frames staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I have had a hard time getting glasses for years and this last year I was unable to find anyone to make them, but not only were they able to find me the right lenses, they opened up my options so I could get frames that worked for me. Highly recommend if you have a "more difficult" prescription as this was the best experience I've ever had getting glasses.

The office staff were also very pleasant and helpful when it came to fitting and helping plan for a dry eye checkup I’m having done soon.
