I was having concerns with one of my eyes and couldn't get into my own eye doctors office .I called Complete Eye and they got me in within a few hours and ordered a much needed eye drop and I was on my way.Thank you!

It was fun to look for glasses that fit. Dr. Krietlow is very thorough. He is very kind and has a lot of knowledge about every part of the eyes!

Everyone was very caring and helpful. Dr. Krietlow addressed all my concerns and I didn't feel rushed at all during the process. They also clearly explained how my benefits/insurance could be used and applied in my situation. I had avoided going to the eye doctor for years and I am so glad I did here. Easy to schedule, fantastic eye exam, and the frame fitting staff was incredibly helpful in picking frames that were stylish and fit well on my gigantic head! Highly recommend going here for any eye care needs!

Dr. Krietlow and staff make you feel very welcomed and comfortable there. I’ve been seeing Dr. Krietlow for many years before he got his own eye clinic and was happy to be able to follow him to his new clinic.

This was my first visit. My insurance changed and this was an in network provider. Love that there was an option for eye dilation. They have a camera that looks into the eye with better results. My insurance didn't cover that cost of the visit, but the $35 charge was worth it for me because my eyes stay dilated for several hours after the drops are administered. Dr Chad K was very thorough and explained everything in detail about my eyes, vision, and what was needed to help me with reading. He made me feel like I was a patient and not just another person. The examine rooms and restrooms were very clean. A very positive experience.
